How the form is used.

Make each vehicle traceable across the packet.

Preparation guidance from Hedge. Follow the instructions in the accepted form edition and the intended market's requirements.

1. Assign a consistent unit number and check the year, make, model and VIN against reliable vehicle records.
2. Identify use, garaging and the value basis requested for each unit instead of applying an unexplained fleet average.
3. Remove sold units, identify additions and reconcile the unit count with the auto application and current operation.

What a clearer packet looks like.

A fleet replaces a van midyear but its prior schedule still lists the sold VIN. Show the replacement and effective change clearly. Leaving both units on the schedule can distort the fleet count and the request for physical damage terms.

ACORD 129 describes vehicles; ACORD 163 describes drivers. Driver assignments may connect them, but neither schedule substitutes for the other.
